send 32MB bios file
the pc only has this 16mb bios file
always takes 20 seconds to start, slow start.

so the delay is related to CPU

What are you talking about? What does the CPU have to do with it? I replaced the Intel chipset and it's normal for it to boot slowly. You need to clean the BIOS, but do you know how to do that?

I didn't replace the CPU, I replaced the SRJAU chipset, I think you need to update your knowledge.

you didn't clean any bios files, I asked you to clean the bios, and you didn't, you gave me a bios file that dates back to 2022, you're not doing your job.
